Admission for workers or “return to college” systemUndergraduate system customized for real world
The department of IT convergence is a “return to college” depatrment for workers, presenting convergence
curriculum based on demands of relevant industries. It aims to foster creative talent who are
adapted to the real world environment and can contribute to development of their workplaces by
presenting convergence education of IT, administration, and quality control and improving the capabilities
of the worker-students.
The curriculum of the department includes practical knowledge of circuits and semiconductor
processes in the field of electronics, as well as convergence with other engineering such as mechanics,
materials, CAD, 3D modeling. In particular, it presents necessary knowledge and experience for creative
convergence talent by establishing courses that reflect the themes of convergence, including Six Sigma,
TRIZ, intellectual property, new product development, by grades and levels.
Because the students of the department are workers, the department helps the students complete
the bachelor's degree program by offering Saturday and weeknight lectures and online lectures.
